I’m a Professional Certified Coach, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Master Neurolinguistics Practioner specializing in leadership and life coaching. I work with my clients as equals who are naturally creative, resourceful and whole, knowing they can develop their own solutions. They hire me to accelerate their progress, develop new skills, behaviors and mindsets, and unleash their passion, joy and creativity.
Over my 25 year career I’ve managed projects, teams and organizations to increase their profitability and effectiveness. I lead teams to envision what’s possible, unearth root causes of problems, and strengthen communication and collaborations to create step changes. I’ve done this within Proctor & Gamble, Essendant, school districts, non-profits, a law firm, and a family run business.
I’ve been happily married for over 24 years and have two wonderful sons. Some of my hobbies include Toastmasters, mindfulness, leadership, gardening, cooking, hiking, and skiing. I’ve successfully managed transitioning industries and careers, shyness, chronic pain, multiple interstate moves, and reentering the workforce after staying home with my children. These experiences have given me tremendous faith in what’s possible for my clients to create for themselves.
